I often get incredulous looks, wondering if my frames are really straight. The fact is, for riding, it's crucial that the bottom bracket, head tube, dropouts, and seatpost are aligned and straight. Of course, it wasn't always that precise at first. Over time, my tools and skills improved. Some warping during welding is unavoidable, so a degree of inaccuracy is normal. Only the extent of that warping can be controlled. The outcome is great for a 20" frame and don't needs further "alignment" on a straightening bench.

I clamped one of my frames in a vise and aligned it horizontally according to the axle/dropouts. Here are the measurements taken with a Milwaukee Digital Angle Gauge with a tolerance of +-0,2°:
axle / drop outs: 0,1°
bottom bracket (measured upside down): 179,9°
seat tube: 90,4°
bridge between top tubes (measured upside down): 179°
head tube: 0,3° / 90,3°
