I often get incredulous looks, wondering if my frames are really straight. The fact is, for riding, it's crucial that the bottom bracket, head tube, dropouts, and seatpost are aligned and straight. Of course, it wasn't always that precise at first. Over time, my tools and skills improved. Some warping during welding is unavoidable, so a degree of inaccuracy is normal. Only the extent of that warping can be controlled. The outcome is great for a 20" frame and don't needs further "alignment" on a straightening bench.
